Flaky Chicken Pot Pie

The chicken isn't flaky but the crust sure is ... even if you choose to microwave it. Hand made and rolled out with care our crust envelopes all white meat chicken peas and carrots with a cream sauce finished with basil. It's at least as good as Grandma made ready in minutes. More than a meal for one. Add a salad and it's dinner for two.
